Zac Efron Buys A Bachelor Pad

It looks like Zac Efron has only recently bought a house!

He started looking last August, and there were rumors that he had purchased one around the same time girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens purchased hers. The news buzzing around this morning, though, is that he just got his own place and paid $1 million for it!

The price tag probably has a lot to do with the location, as Zac was quoted as saying “It’s very modest. It’s not a big house.” The modest pad apparently includes an infinity pool with a great view of Los Angeles.

Even though the place is getting some decorating help, Zac still doesn’t have much furniture, and is actually sleeping on an air mattress on the floor for now!
