High School Musical 3
~ As of January 14, 2008 the official title is High School Musical 3: Senior Year
~ The script was finished in November 2007.
~ Filming begins April 21, 2008. NEW INFO: Production has been pushed back one week to April 29.
~ Filming will be taking place once again at East High in Salt Lake City, Utah.
~ Production is expected to run for 41 days, ending on June 13. This production time is longer than the previous two movies.
~ This will be the first theatrical release for the High School Musical movies.
~ The movie is expected to debut October 24, 2008.

~ The premise, according to Disney, is: “‘High School Musical 3: Senior Year,’ which finds Troy (Zac Efron) and Gabriella (Vanessa Hudgens) facing the prospect of being separated from one another as they head off in different directions to college. Joined by the rest of the Wildcats, they stage an elaborate Spring Musical reflecting their experiences, hopes, and fears about their future. With incredible new music and dance numbers designed to take maximum advantage of the big screen, this motion picture extravaganza delivers plenty of high-energy entertainment from East High’s talented ensemble.
