During their visit to Japan for the High School Musical 3: Senior Year premiere, Zac Efron and girlfriend/co-star Vanessa Hudgens are interviewed by Japan’s Mezamashi TV.

I wish I could understand what’s being said at the beginning because at one point the anchors got a real kick out of something Zac says!

The show goes on with a bunch of HSM clips and Zac and Vanessa answering questions with the help of an interpreter, talking about the fans in Japan, the shopping they’ve done, and share a few pictures they’ve taken, including Zac helping “prepare” sushi, and Vanessa shares a pair of socks she bought.

Vanessa’s 20th birthday is just three weeks away and it’s got me wondering what you think Zac should get her!

We still don’t know what she got him for his 21st birthday last month, but we know he’s already bought her a pretty pricey housewarming gift.

While in Sydney for the HSM3 premiere, Zac, Vanessa and Ashley took a little time off and hopped into a water taxi on Sydney Harbour to head to Catalina Restaurant.

Zac and Vanessa were spotted at LAX yesterday on their way to Mexico for the HSM3 premiere tomorrow.

Zac dropped Vanessa off at her house first (see her mom with the dogs!) and then headed to the airport where he had to make his way through security.

It’s not surprising that High School Musical 3: Senior Year broke some records for its opening weekend!

It pulled in $42 million this weekend, making it the highest grossing G-rated live action film premiere!

Here’s the clip of Vanessa on “Ellen” this morning! She seems a bit more relaxed than she usually does during appearances (Ellen’s questions help with that, I’m sure) and it looks like she’s sporting bangs again!

On today’s episode of Ellen, Vanessa talks about Zac and what it’s like dating someone that has so many fans. Vanessa replied “Ah, he’s hot.”

She shares that he likes eggs (sometimes just drinking them down, ew!), and that she hasn’t given him his birthday present yet!

She’s then asked if he’s a good kisser and pretty much dodges the question by saying “Yes, fine - we kiss in the movie,” meaning HSM3.

It was Zac’s turn this morning to sit down with Regis and Kelly to talk about High School Musical 3. He talks about turning 21 and his birthday party, and how he wanted to be a baseball player as a kid but found his calling with musical theater.

They talk about “Me and Orson Welles,” and “17 Again.”There’s also a cute clip from last year’s Halloween episode of Live with Regis and Kelly, who dressed up as Troy and Gabriella.
