Vanessa Hudgens was recently interviewed by Hilarie Barsky on Good Morning America Radio on XM satellite while she was doing the rounds for the ‘Identified’ release.

She’s asked about getting time to herself, High School Musical 3, last year’s nude photo “scandal,” how she handles the paparazzi, and skillfully dodges the love life question!

Zac has been listed as a “best” at #13 on E’s list of top 30 Best and Worst Beach Bods - I doubt anyone’s surprised! Although I know of a bunch of folks who think he should probably be #1!

Vanessa was on Regis and Kelly yesterday doing yet more promo work for Identified! She talks about the standard stuff: High School Musical 3, dodges more Zac questioning, and talks about the album. Part 2 is below!

I really hope this is an old clip but I don’t think it is. Anyway, E News thinks they have the scoop on a “possible” High School Musical 4, which we’ve been hearing about since High School Musical 3 came out of the rumor file last year.

Vanessa was asked about it on the radio and said if there is then she doesn’t know if the current cast will be participating. E then speculates that a movie whose entire premise takes place during high school will involve “college drama” which just… you’ve lost me, E. Try again!

Access Hollywood did a segment on Seventeen Again this evening. I think we’ve seen pretty much this same footage before but it’s good to know the movie isn’t going to be forgotten, and it’s always nice to see Zac again!

According to Star Magazine you don’t want to be anywhere near Zac a few days after he’s been working out - they say he doesn’t like to shower!

A “friend” apparently told the magazine: “‘It’s so gross, because Zac loves to work out and plays basketball all the time — and then goes days without showering. When he gets lazy, he likes to clean himself with baby wipes!’”

Nasty! Do you think it’s true? Honestly, I can’t imagine it is. He seems to take so much care with how he looks that it doesn’t make sense that he’d think it’s a good idea not to clean, especially after working out. And who would admit that to people in the first place?

Ok, this clip of Zac on The View is from last year just before High School Musical 2 aired, but I hadn’t seen it yet.

In it Zac talks about High School Musical 2, Hairspray, what it’s like to “suddenly” have fans, his early musical experiences (which included flying and toupees), and dodged the dreaded dating question for probably one of the last times!

And heads-up - there’s some Footloose remake talk!

Yes, really! High School Musical 3 isn’t even being filmed yet and Disney has announced today that plans for High School Musical 4 are in the works (rumors of which were already floating around last December).

Disney Channel Worldwide President Rich Ross confirmed the news to MTV.com, saying:

“We are writing High School Musical 4. We have learned that just putting a number next to a title is a very old idea. We have to have a new story.”

All the stars of the original TV movie, including Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale, signed up for the third picture. But Ross fears Disney might not be able to persuade all of the original cast to reprise their roles for a fourth time.

He adds, “Are we going to have all the cast back? Probably not. Will we have some of them? I hope so.”

This goes along well with the rumors that some of the new cast members of High School Musical 3 will be the ones to carry on the torch as the majority of the main actors for the first three HSMs barely wanted to come back for #3! (Not to mention HSM3 is about their senior year, so unless they come back as, I don’t know, teachers aids or janitors or something I don’t see how they’d work that in!)
