This is a weird one: apparently at the Golden Globes two weeks ago, Megan Fox latched on to Zac Efron at the after party and didn’t let go for the evening, despite the fact that she’s engaged to someone else and Zac was with longtime girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens!

Eyewitnesses that evening said there was definitely a spark between the 22-year-old actress and Zac: “There were times when they seemed lost in conversation together, while Vanessa stood by like a sulking little girl. Vanessa is lovely, but Megan is considered one of the hottest women on the planet.”

Megan admitted last fall to having a weird kind of obsession with Zac.

This is just flat-out weird. Transformers hottie Megan Fox recently spilled in an interview that she’s “obsessed” with Zac:

“Zac Efron is my obsession, we’re the same person. We’re not actually here, it’s like Janet and Michael Jackson. He just puts on his wig and a dress, and it’s me, and you don’t know that. It’s one of the greatest mysteries of all time.”

Does this totally not make sense to anyone else?

Transformers star Megan Fox recently did an interview with GQ Magazine wherein she commented on the racy photos of Vanessa Hudgens that hit the internet last year, saying didn’t think teen stars should have to apologize for being themselves:

“I would never issue an apology for my life and for who I am. It’s like, ‘Oh, I’m sorry, I took a naked, private picture that someone, who is an asshole, sold for money.’ Someone betrayed Vanessa, but no one’s angry at that person. She had to apologise.”

You know what, I totally agree. Though I do think that as a star you simply have to be a lot more careful, it’s very unfortunate that Vanessa had to go through that when it wasn’t her intention for the pictures to ever go beyond her and one other person in the first place. I think she proved her maturity when she owned up to it and acknowledged it.

Zac Efron has been nominated alongside his Hairspray co-star Nikki Blonsky for a Breakthrough Award at this year’s MTV Movie Awards!

Other nominees include Megan Fox (Transformers), Chris Brown (This Christmas), Seth Rogen (Knocked Up), Jonah Hill (Superbad), Christopher Mintz-Plasse (Superbad) and Michael Cera (Superbad).
